Monthly Board of Directors Meeting - Members Welcome

WHEN | Members are encouraged to attend our monthly board meetings held on the second Thursday of every month starting at 7:00 pm at the Center (unless otherwise noted). 

NOTE | No meeting will be held in June, during the Director & Volunteer recess. The December Annual Election meeting will be held on December 7th instead of December 14th.

TEAM DINNER | A team dinner will be served at 6:30pm so that we may start the meeting at 7pm. Please R.S.V.P. to president@idesst.org if you plan to attend so we can ensure we have enough food for the team dinner.

REGULAR AND ANNUAL MEETING Section 4.02 Regular meetings shall be held on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m., unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting for that month shall be held at the same hour and place on the next available day. 

The last meeting of each calendar year shall be known as the Annual Meeting. At such Annual Meetings, Directors and officers shall be elected, reports of the affairs of the Corporation shall be considered, and other business may be transacted which are within the powers of the members.
