Board of Directors Meeting (via ZOOM) - Members Welcome

WHEN | During the COVID Pandemic, we are meeting via ZOOM until further notice. We miss our members and encourage them to join our ZOOM board meetings. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of most months from 7:00 - 9:00 pm (unless otherwise noted on our event calendar or by email announcement). 

REMOTE ATTENDANCE | Members can join the meeting using their computer, tablet, or smart phone via ZOOM. Only active members will be allowed to join a meeting. Members will receive an email with the ZOOM link and instructions a few days before the meeting. Keep an eye out for the reminder announcement.

REGULAR AND ANNUAL MEETING Section 4.02 Regular meetings shall be held on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m., unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting for that month shall be held at the same hour and place on the next available day. 

The last meeting of each calendar year shall be known as the Annual Meeting. At such Annual Meetings, Directors and officers shall be elected, reports of the affairs of the Corporation shall be considered, and other business may be transacted which are within the powers of the members.
